About egymenu and how to contact us

egymenu is a restaurant ordering system. Guests order from a QR menu on their own phone, the kitchen sees the order at once, and the guest follows it until it is ready or delivered. egymenu is run by its owner, who also answers your messages.

What egymenu does

  • QR menu ordering: guests scan, order and pay the way you allow (cash, QR payment or card on the terminal).
  • Orders board and kitchen display, with each station seeing only its own items.
  • Kitchen tickets and guest receipts printed from a computer in the restaurant.
  • Delivery with your own drivers, and live order tracking for the guest.
  • A menu in 15 languages, Arabic included.

How we work with restaurants

Every restaurant starts with a 7-day free trial. Send us a photo of your printed menu and we enter it for free. We take no commission on your orders: you pay a flat subscription in US dollars, and payments are not refunded because the trial comes first.

Your data

The details you send us are seen only by egymenu and used only to contact you about your trial and your account. The privacy policy explains everything we store, and the terms of service explain the plans and rules.
